Warranty
1 year warranty against defects and cracks. We replace or credit. Normal wear is expected. We build for impact.
Pricing & payments
All prices are listed in USD. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We do not require memberships or subscriptions to purchase.
Returns
All BB Cases products are made-to-order and are not eligible for returns or refunds due to buyer’s remorse or sizing errors. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email bbcases.help@gmail.com within 30 days of fulfillment with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Please note: All designs are high-resolution printed artwork with a smooth finish. Cases do not include physical embellishments or raised textures. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.
